Use the platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the service.

2. Engineering Disclaimer (CRITICAL)

IS Code.ai is an AI-powered search and reference tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional engineering judgment. The AI may make mistakes, hallucinate, or produce inaccurate or incomplete information. The user is solely responsible for the verification of all information provided by the platform against the official Indian Standards before being used in any structural design, construction, or legal capacity. We assume absolutely no liability for structural failures, design errors, or damages resulting from the use of information obtained through this service.

3. Subscription and Billing

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard.

4. Service Availability & Modifications

Service availability is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
