Thank you for subscribing to IS Code.ai. As our platform delivers digital compute services (AI-powered LLM processing) in real-time, our refund and cancellation policies reflect the immediate nature of these costs.

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Billing Dashboard. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be billed for the next billing cycle.

Upon cancellation, your Pro features and query quotas will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Once the period ends, your account will revert to the standard Free tier limitations.

2. Refunds

Due to the significant server compute costs associated with running advanced AI models and processing your documents, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments or Query Top-Up Packs once a purchase is successfully processed and the credits have been applied to your account.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the platform, or if you believe an unauthorized charge has been made, please contact our support team immediately. We review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

3. Digital Delivery

IS Code.ai is a purely digital SaaS platform. There are no physical goods to ship. Upon successful payment, your account limits (e.g., AI queries, file upload quotas) are instantly upgraded and delivered to your dashboard digitally.
